Consolidating Our Expansion in the United States:

Beginning the Construction of Our First Plant in North Carolina

This year marks the start of construction for our company’s new advanced food production facility in the United States, set to begin operations in 2025. The new plant, located in Goldsboro, North Carolina, is designed to be a state-of-the-art lipid product blending and finishing facility.

The plant will have access to both railways and interstate highways, allowing for efficient receipt of raw materials and swift delivery of finished products across the country. This location will also enable rapid shipping to the northeastern U.S., where most of the company’s current customers are based.

This project represents an investment of over $36.4 million and will create 16 new jobs in the region. Additionally, by 2029, we plan to produce more than 29 million pounds of products annually.

This expansion has been made possible through collaboration with various local and regional entities, including the North Carolina Economic Development Association, the Department of Commerce, the North Carolina General Assembly, the North Carolina Community College System, the North Carolina Railroad, Norfolk Southern, Wayne County, the Wayne County Development Alliance, the city of Goldsboro, Duke Energy, North Carolina Southeast, and Wayne Community College.

This project reflects our corporate commitment to entering the U.S. market and being an active part of the Wayne County business community. It is also aligned with the quality and sustainability standards that have made Alianza Team one of the most sustainable food companies in the United States.
