Formulation with a specific profile of fatty acids enriched in SN-2 palmitate obtained from an enzymatic interesterification process of refined vegetable oils and fats (palm olein, high oleic sunflower oil, soybean oil, and coconut oil), with antioxidants (ascorbyl palmitate) and citric acid to ensure its stability.
Technology that targets different degradation mechanisms to enhance the stability of vegetable oils. This is a very versatile product since it allows sunflower oil to match the functionality of high oleic oil
