We know that children need special food at every stage of their growth. And you surely know that children need nutrients that support their cognitive development, provide them with energy, and contribute to their well-being.
But, have you ever wondered what happens to animals? Have you stopped to think if they also require specific nutrition while growing? Well, we have definitely discovered that they do.
When we talk about feeding fish and salmon, we find that at each growth stage they have a distinct nutritional need.
That is why at Alianza we developed our AquaNurture line, the first platform of functional lipids that offers specialized lipid technologies for each stage of the fish’s development and formation.
As the 13th most sustainable food company in the world, with AquaNurture we deliver food that maintains the same high-quality standards that we develop for human nutrition and that make a great contribution to sustainability thanks to our focus on achieving better digestibility and greater nutrient utilization by fish.
Thanks to our research team, we developed two specialized lipids that contribute to specific needs:
Aimed at fingerlings, this is a solution for the stage where fish need the highest quality feed for the formation of their organs, muscles, and the creation of defenses against diseases, created as a base to obtain healthy adult fish in the future and highly profitable and sustainable farming.
DeepCoating is a palm-free lipid solution for pellet coating, formulated with a special blend of vegetable oils. This technology seals pores, reducing fat release (up to 16pp), strengthens pellet structure and resistance, and allows for easy processing due to its low melting point (49°C). Its stable crystallization ensures consistent coating, while its balanced fatty acids support fish health and lipid digestibility.
The targeted nutrition properties of our technologies allow a single product to be sufficient for each stage of salmon farming and are developed under a sustainable approach where we prioritize quality and environmental conservation.
