The Goldsboro plant was developed to expand Alianza’s production capabilities while bringing operations closer to customers. Fully integrated melting, blending, storage, and finishing processes are housed within a single, high-capacity facility designed for efficiency and consistency.
The facility is equipped with three independent melting and blending lines, enabling flexibility across product types and formats while ensuring operational continuity.
Capacity: 3,000 metric tons per month
Formats: cubes or 25 kg boxes
Product portfolio: laurics, soft oils, cocoa butter, and CBEs
These capabilities allow Alianza to manage multiple formulations simultaneously, respond faster to demand fluctuations, and support complex customer requirements across applications.
